Lunchtime on our trip back from Devon we stopped at the local Weatherspoons in kerri’s ancestral town of Crediton. Sophia has discovered the joys of sauce packets and Daniel is developing some very adult tastes. Abby and Clare look on helplessly.

Daniel says Papa!

Daniel at breakfast one saturday morning rises to the challenge of saying “papa” to his Papa on the phone, surprising the hell out of all of us. This is the first time he has spoken any real and contextual word other than “dada” or “ah dah” which is his own word for his father.
